London brand photography | Emma Soulsby Flowers

UK Brand Shoots

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing Emma and her business for a while now, in fact she was my first ever brand client so it seems fitting that a selection of her shoots are featured first on the blog.  But before I share some of the images, let me tell you a bit about Emma.

Emma left the corporate world to follow her passion in floral design and she has such an amazing creative eye.  Her designs are synonymous with elegance and wildness – a rare combination.  Go big or go home is something I associate with Emma’s designs, but not in a bold brassy sense, but in that she creates the most incredible floral installations, from moongates and hanging arrangements through to structural masterpieces and bouquets that are showstopping.

Working with Emma is always a laugh and I know that her couples will feel the same.  Our shoots have always involved a lot of giggles, even when we headed to the flower market early doors for one of her shoots.  And now, in addition to creating floral masterpieces for her couples, she is sharing her wealth of knowledge with other florists, with the creation of Emma Soulsby Flower School.  Is there no end to her talents!

As you can see, we’ve not just been creating headshot images together, but behind the scenes, the process, her workshops and her installations.  I can’t wait to continue working with Emma into 2019.  It’s so exciting seeing her business grow, and I am loving her new studio space she recently moved in to.  The perfect space to create her floral designs but also host the most inspiring and nurturing workshops and 1:1’s with other florists, which I also have the pleasure of photographing the results of the day with Emma.
